More specifically it is about the child and there is a sort of mythical underlying theme of the child hearing the āgod of the windā calling for him before or something like that.
Rammstein is - somewhat counter-intuitively - actually good for learning German IMO because the guy sings/talks slowly and pronounces much more than the average German person when they speak 
The lyrics are also kind of witty and/or poetic (or just disturbing
), like the song Haifisch has the work āhaltenā in almost all lines but always with a different meaning (in the same way ālookā can mean a lot of things in English e.g. look into, look after, look out for etc)
