The music I shared is a rearrangement of the boss theme of the Touhou Character Junko, titled
" Pure furies ~ whereabouts of the heart". Junko has the ability to “purify anything” and due to certain events she purified herself and own emotions to become an embodiment of pure anger, vengeance and…fury 
I believe the creator of the original theme, Zun, purposefully tried to channel an energy of powerful rage and grandiosity in the theme to create a high intensity, provocative music exuding Boss Theme status, and trying to project the unceasing immense anger of the character, which the composer of the rearrangement, CarrotWine, managed to convey pretty well imo. I also shared it when I was quite passionate and roused.
