Was disco popular in Germany in the 1990’s?

In the U.S. it was popular in the (very early) 1970’s until the late 1970’s .
I went into H.S. in 1970 (9th grade) and I remember the girls learning “the steps” .

“Disco” in Germany means “nightclub”.
And “disco music” in Germany means “nightclub music”.
So it can be any type of music that is usually played at nightclubs.
It can even be rap, hip hop, rnb, pop, black, house, club, trance, synthwave etc.

Furthermore, no one is learning any steps here
The music plays. People get drunk and dance like they can.
Nightclubs are usually open until 6 AM.
Unlike in puritanist US, where every club already closes at 2 AM at latest, lol.

I remember my high school time:
Going to the night club 3x a week from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
When you leave the club at 6 AM, the first you do with your friends is to asap get a kebap.
Then at 8 AM, school starts, where you can hide behind your book and sober up or just sleep and tell the teacher to leave you alone.
Except on the Sundays of course, there is no school on Sundays.
Sunday is sleep and recovery day :slightly_smiling_face:

Ha ha.
This is my last incarnation and my Higher Self has scheduled a lot of stuff for me to do, to try, to experience, to process, to reflect

but all of this is not just “collecting experiences”, like it is with “regular incarnations”. Instead, everything of it comes with a lesson, or lessons, along side with it lol. Whether I like it or not

But that’s how it works in this “Physical Earth Soul Training Center”.
All of those “earthly” and “materialistic motivators” are just a trick of the Higher Self to make sure you are chasing the right carrots on the stick and learn the right lessons on the way lmao.

Maybe you have heard the saying “Our second life starts when we realize that we only have one.”?
This is very similar in that “Our actual learning starts when we realize that we have to finish the whole 5000 pages long study plan by 8 PM Today, and we have just reached page 34” lol :joy:

Also, one of the reasons why we have to forget our astral lives when we incarnate here. Everything is better there, all wishes, including all material wishes, are fully fullfilled. So to not be homesick at all times, we have to temporarily forget the paradise, trick ourselves that this physical shithole is “the only world that exists” and through this, get to work (i.e. learning our lessons the fast way).

I can confirm the mandatory kebab. However I would choose to costume it at around 3am

Such a good song

I gave it a second listen just now, I searched for an HD version and played it on speaker

Nicole Scherzinger really created a nice ambience within the atmosphere of the production

Quality art

I felt like it needed a special kind of masculinity to match the femininity that Nicole was bringing, but I don’t think T.I was who was needed, but idk who else tbh

It’s just that Nicole was just that high up in a level that there isn’t many guys out there to match that
given that, I think T.I was good enough
I’m just thinking about what would’ve been ideal

I really like what Nicole did here

I wanna say Eminem would do a good job but I don’t know, his lyrical content can be iffy when talking about sexuality

And then there’s other guys that can exemplify masculinity but just don’t have the lyrics to hit the ball out of the park

:face_exhaling:

lol

Great song, thanks for putting us on

Edit
I just looped it 2 times in a row after writing the above

Expanded my horizons this song did

Nicole Scherzinger is dope
