Ah nah, I personally donāt
Iām saying in the rap āworldā he is argued to be so
I think heās one of the greatest
But I have difficulty in narrowing such a thing down⦠Because I think of things like is this artist as good/great as their best song ? How heavily did they impact the culture?
So thereās varying things like that, lyrical content, frequency of high quality stuff, how much quantity of work, etcā¦
Every one is quite unique in the history of rap and rap is relatively a young genre
Also being the best does not mean being the greatest in my book
I think Eminem and Lil Wayne are better than 2pac and Biggie lyrically
Biggie had a unique flow but I think he didnāt have a wide spectrum of flows like Lil Wayne
Lil Wayne best metaphors
Eminem best rhymes
2pac greatest maybe?
Biggie not enough content (Big L even more so, not in the conversation for greatest imo)
Just my thoughts lol
Makes you appreciate it better I think when you know where the music is coming from
He was running the business at a certain time
Stepped down to let other artists blossom who was in his record label like Drake, who he created lyrics for (freestyled) and basically made Drake a star
He claims to have 1,000,000 unreleased songs
look at me when Iām talking to you
You looking at me, but Iām looking through you
I see the blood in your eyes
I see the love in disguise
I see the pain hidden in your pride
I see youāre not satisfied
And I donāt see nobody else
I see myself, Iām looking at the
Mirror on the wall
The song is dope bro
