Check first if they are labeled as spam and made hidden

They aren’t in my “Phantom Wallet” or the “Spam” folder.

I had this issue before, they are hidden or marked as spam.

You have to contact the support team in case you don’t find them marked as spam.

I am revising your title so it doesn’t seem like we have a thief running around. It will not change the responses, unless something we haven’t covered is revealed at a later date. :slight_smile:

It does look like all Solana NFTs are now simply not showing up in Phantom.

Anyone else experiencing this?

It looks like they’ve disappeared from Phantom, but you can still see them on Solflare. To make transactions, you might be able to use Solflare and wait for Phantom to resolve the issue with SOLANA

Same issue, all Solana nfts dissapeared

They are working on it- at one point around 20 minutes ago the ones originally on Venly before Venly merged into SOL were showing as unknown art. Now they are going straight to the mandala, though with Phantom’s play/pause icon on them showing the files in maintenance.

So if they haven’t gotten to the strictly SOL ones yet, they seem to be heading that direction once the original Venly ones are addressed.

I don’t know if it’s because Phantom support contacted me when I filed the claim, but my NFTs reappeared in my wallet—maybe they’ve also appeared in yours.

It’s fixed now.

I contacted Phantom support explaining the issue.

I checked my wallet on my laptop and phone app just now. All my nfts are still there without their names and using solscan the nft names are there.

Solana NFTs are all back.

Venly/Polygon NFTs are there but not showing image.

I had the same thing happen to The Sauvage, I don’t know where it got to. I’m still using it and it seems to be working, so…
