I posted this in the other recent healing request thread, but it bears repeating here:
Don’t forget you can play the angelic intercession track and ask the angels for help as well. This is a greatly overlooked free track that is very worthwhile. You can also give the other intercession tracks some use in this situation too if you feel so inclined/comfortable in doing so. (Alien intercession is likely the next “go to” track, but some people may feel connected to dragon intercession, and even the devic intercession tracks for certain assistance as well.)
