Iām interested in the transformation, personally. Focused work with the field over a period of time that then becomes a maintenance program later on. I never had actual pain, but certainly felt the pressure on the bones of the face during these sessions. I donāt really see that as a negative thing. Itās a negentropic field, so Iāve never felt that it was pushing things to a place of disharmony where i had to back off. I never had the sensation that Iād made some mistake. i donāt think these fields can deform you with overuseā¦ quite the opposite ā they seem to only harmonize.
For cycles of active transformation with Marquardt/Maxilla, Iāve found my upper limit with Marquardt to be 90 minutes, and Maxilla to be about 3 hours.
Re: looping ā Iāve personally always had an appetite for finding the limit of a field that I know is helping me. Though if there are very strict recommendations by a creator, i will generally follow that (The Enlightened Template by Psychic University comes to mind).
That said, at one point with Plasma Flaunt, I muscle tested that I could play it for 3-4 hours a day, and thatās what my body wanted. On the other side of the spectrum, a field like The Manly Man i muscle test to only play once every two weeksā¦ and my unusual sensitivity to that field bears out that testing. We all have specific energy systemsā¦

Very noticeable as in itās clearly affecting the bones in the face. It could be more intense if I sat with the field in full focus with a booster field playing on a different set of speakers. Never pain though, at least for me. These sensations to me always felt like a process of returning to a more harmonious blueprint for my structure. Very welcome feeling.

Alrighty, I have a prominent chiseled jawline. When I see myself im like āthis mfer is so sexy damnā, I felt like I was about to fall in love with myself.
I canāt pinpoint what changed except for chiseled jawline but there is a changes that made me look better.

Does this field only focus on one part at a time? Itās like this and the maxilla field are avoiding my eye area but only targeting my cheekbones (Even though I have sceral show). Maybe it targets one section and then once itās done it moves to the next portion?

I have hunter eyes coming in now. After like 40 minutes of looping Iām starting to see some eye shape changes, Iām also using Neg Maxilla and Auto mewing though. I think playing torsion first is bringing a lot of benefits.

Also, I looped PoNR all night last night, then used Omega Love 3x by PU. So That could bring results faster as well.
