@uial how do Sapien’s albums work? Do they serve as combos (meaning, all audios in a single album must be listened to achieve a single purpose)?
Or are the audios separate and independent from the others?
Just wondering, because I notice they have 2 albums in Spotify, and I was wondering how they’re special compared to their “regular” (non album) audios on YouTube and Patreon

they are a way to get past the problems presented by youtube’s algorithm and censoring.
Use them as you would the normal videos.
In this way we use the programming of the algorithm to work for us.
as they actively support and are promoting their music programs.
(youtube music etc)

sure for all, same rules,
general rule of thumb 2 - 3 times
but maybe you have severe depression and need to loop the depression one just a few more times.
Use you own mind/body as a guide.
Doing this will also help you develop your own intitution.
