Dream, who runs sapien medicine, doesn’t communicate with listeners whatsoever. So we are always left to guess what he is up to. Ever since he deleted all his original youtube videos on sapien medicine, he has been very inaccessible.
I am no longer directly working with him anymore and going on another more spiritually open direction. I also have to look out for myself and my future and am focusing more on inner development in a variety of ways including in person retreats.
