This is made more along the lines of creating a safe space that you can feel secure and comfortable to be yourself or let go a bit. Most times we find it difficult to find moments for ourselves where we can truly feel comfortable in our own shoes and to just be ourselves. This is designed to provide this space along with the physical effects of ASMR to help hone in those feelings and provide a deeper bit of ‘you’ time. Use as needed.
