Hey guys so I’ve been listening to the audio since i posted my first comment here 4 h ago
i listened to it for about 2 hours
and i went to sleep because where i live its currently 3 am
the thing is i went to sleep and woke up at 2:15 am
i only slept for about 2 or 3 hours and i feel rested
I really don’t know if that’s healthy
my family is a bit paranoic with sleeping
and they are obsessed saying if i don’t sleep minimum 7 hours per day i will get sick
What do yall think?

Should i force myself to sleep?

But i would like an opinion of the healthy amount of sleep a human should have
Not everyone needs the same amount of asleep. I’m probably getting around 4-5 hours of sleep average night. Manny nights less. I’ve gone 2 nights and 3 days without sleep and still had energy (have dome this at least 4 times in my life so far)
