I just tried something and I got amazing results I just have to share it with you guys a little background info we all know I lack patience and dislike slow results and I think everyone else deserves fast results too instead of waiting so much hence why I have so many formulas

a link to a subliminal with affirmations to change whatever you would like to change - this one is not necessary I just did it because it felt right to me but I used my hypnosis subliminals - this one is also not necessary but I used my CSC subs because I wanted audible affirmations with it what to do 1. put all links on loop and get ready to play them all at once 2. put the hypnosis spiral video on loop and full screen 3. stare into it and let all affirmations sink in 4. You will notice results immediately especially if the sub has frequencies to keep you in a calm state so the question is how many more sessions like this will you need to get full results and that is totally different for each person but you will probably not need many if anyone tries this feel free to update in the comments because I will too since I am doing this for eyes and face. the eye updates will be on my other community post but the face updates are here
