Now the fashion is sunbathing without clothes

too much does, sure. But so does not enough. Same as everything else, there’s a healthy balance of just the right amount.

That product is soo cool! Bookmarked! If I had the money I think a lot of my clothes would be made that way lol this would make super human mutant OP

Working out in the sun sounds nice I use to work out in the sun sometimes when I used to box I hated it, they also used to have the A/C off and it would get 100 degrees in there too, hole time bathing in sweat haha but now I miss it and enjoy lifting with a bunch of sweaters on (when I need to) lol

Ronnie Coleman used to work out outside for portions of his work outs too, always looked cool to me lol

Not sure if this interest you…(maybe it does, every work out this man executed in his hay day is a sight to see) but you can see Ronnie Coleman doing crazy lunges out side at 5:20 in the Texas sun after front squatting 585 for 4, and hack squatting 720 for 8

Any ways… I’ll definitely be buying a pair myself when I can!

Yeah, the exercising outside thing is something I learned from a drug-free natural bodybuilding guy. I bought several of his products and learned a TON from him. Since his philosophy is no hormone supplementation, everything about his methods were to maximize the creation and utilization of androgens within your own body. It was all stuff he learned from studying the methods of old-school bodybuilders before synthetic steroids were invented (like guys back in the '20-40’s IIRC).

This guy:

His whole marketing scheme of “lose man boobs” is kinda funny, but his material is some of the best I’ve found as far as things that actually work.

Skimming through the article you posted and I see he’s referencing silver era legends lol I inspire to have a body similar to the silver era of bodybuilding, preferably the era in between silver and gold era lol so I study the guys he’s mentioned a lot and their diets and supplementations, I’ll look deeper into his material tonight!

I follow a lot of Vince Girondas teachings, I believe he was the most knowledgeable in the silver era, I highly recommend you look into him and his books if you haven’t already

A lot of these old school guys recommend 3 day splits full body work outs and stuff, for hormone optimization, but I feel that’s not the way to go if you want to annihilate a single muscle lol for example the great Reg Parks had the 5 by 5 work out program where youd do a full body work out of 5 reps of 5 sets per exercise, it worked well for him but I wonder how a different program would’ve suited him lol

I studied the silver era profusely but in the end I find it’s best to take the best of each era and make your own era if that makes sense lol I think a good mix of the 40-70s and 90s style of training is the best, but that’s just my opinion and what works for me lol (I left out the 80s cuz the mentality was “stimulate don’t anihilate” and I don’t like that style of training)

Yeah, I learned about him through the Chest Sculpting guy. Those old-school dudes knew their stuff!

Hormone production is the missing ingredient. You can train biceps 'til you can barely move your arms, but if that’s all you do you’ll see little gains in your arms because you won’t have produced enough hormone to allow for muscle growth. The full body workouts are what signal the body that more hormone is needed. The entire idea of isolating a muscle group only came about due to steroid usage. Dude explains all this in his material, I think you’ll be fascinated - I was, really interesting history of bodybuilding, not to mention solid advice!

I don’t want to hijack this thread, shot me a PM if you wanna chat about this more.
