On a serious note: It might actually increase his/her libido in the future. As being a more developed being means a reason to have a bigger libido. But it all depends. Might be an energetic/mental block that’s preventing a ‘high’ libido. etc. Try it, find out.
I think Ojas empowers the rest of the treasures. Even though Ojas is the outcome of the treasures, I feel as if there is a feedback loop. Ojas is said to empower everything about you. I can tell you that’s been my experience after years of transmutation. The more Jing I transmute into Ojas, the faster I produce more Jing.
