Hey so I’m learning how to use universal life energy right now but I got the advice from a friend that I should pair the healing aspect of it it with something “old” maybe from egypt she also thought of pyramids etc.
So while I’ll search myself too I thought that maybe someone can give me some hints or websites or something similar to it. Maybe technology of old egypt or atlantis

I have read somewhere that Atlanteans used crystals as both energy, and information “programming” drives, mainly quartz Crystals. But I am not really sure how many truth is in this.
