Nobody asked but I chose to part ways with ketchup cause it’s easier to substitute tomato sauce for ketchup than it is aioli for mayo

because…
at this point im able to make a bomb mayo myself
yes, it takes a bit of time, but its very rewarding imo
with self-made fries its brillant
