Would parasites be considered demonic entities or negative energy? What would be the best field to listen to to get rid of them? Maybe just a healing focused on them?

Are you talking about physical parasites like intestinal worms, or astral parasites?
If they are entities or negative energy it does not matter because you need to defend yourself with:
So as a basis they might be fine
To disconnect from negativity from the outside world
To build an unpleasant low-energy environment around you
To cut and remove connections with negative energies
To raise their vibrations
Then you can of course add others even more specific and effective, but essentially this could be a great starter kit for what you asked for.
