I don’t share the perspective that foreign bodies are beneficial to us. That’s not to say, that it’s avoidable, it’s not. We are exposed to every single type of micro-organism including many parasitic strains that go undetected. That doesn’t mean they’re not the #1 contributor to disease, and fungus is one of the worst culprits.

Any tips on how to get rid of it naturally, assuming one eats well and no fields?

There are many anti-fungal properties in herbs and other preparations. Just google for what you are seeking (or check amazon)

Natural Antifungal Properties

  1. Phytochemicals:
  • Cinnamaldehyde (from Cinnamomum verum) damages fungal biofilms and disrupts cell membrane integrity.
  • Citral (from various plants) causes oxidative stress and cell membrane damage in fungi.
  • Benzoic acid (from various plants) inhibits fungal growth and conidial production.
  • t-Cinnamic acid, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid, and Carvacrol (from various plants) exhibit antifungal activity against different fungal species.
  1. Essential Oils:
  • Oregano oil (Origanum vulgare) contains carvacrol and thymol, which inhibit Candida growth and have antifungal properties.
  • Turmeric oil (Curcuma longa) has antifungal activity against Candida and other fungal species.
  • Cinnamon oil (Cinnamomum verum) exhibits antifungal properties against various fungal species.
  1. Herbs and Spices:
  • Oregano (Origanum vulgare) has been traditionally used to treat fungal infections and has antifungal properties.
  • Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has been used to treat various health conditions, including fungal infections, and has antifungal properties.
  • Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) has been used to treat fungal infections and has antifungal properties.
  1. Marine-Derived Compounds:
  • Neopeltolide (from marine sponges) has antifungal activity against Candida albicans.
  • Dihydroferulic acid (from marine algae) and its derivatives exhibit antifungal activity against various fungal species.
  1. Plant Extracts:
  • Lipophilic extracts from Buddleja globosa stem bark exhibit antifungal activity against dermatophytic fungal species.
  • Extracts from Phyllostachys bambusoides (bamboo) contain N-p-coumaroylserotonin and N-feruloylserotonin, which have antifungal activity against Aciculosporium take.
  1. Fungal-Derived Compounds:
  • Septocylindrin A and B (from Septocylindrium sp.) have antifungal activity against various fungal species.
  • Crysotriones A and B (from Hygrophorus chrysodon) exhibit antifungal activity against Fusarium verticillioides.

Mechanisms of Action:

  1. Disruption of fungal biofilms and cell membrane integrity.
  2. Inhibition of fungal growth and conidial production.
  3. Oxidative stress and cell death induction.
  4. Interference with fungal signaling pathways and metabolic processes.

That’s very kind of you, thank you💗
I just wanted to know if someone here could recommend something they themselves used that helped them.

Miror EPF dissolves all pathogens, including those with biofilms by breaking their molecular bonds and releasing their constituent peptides and atoms. Miror EPF, likewise, dissolves endotoxins (toxins released when a pathogen dies) and excreted toxins (metabolic wastes or substances released by pathogens to help them colonize the host body) into peptide components that can be readily eliminated from the body. This unique capability makes it a supportive tool for helping restore health to persons with old, chronic infections of Lyme and other pathogens and their deposited toxins.
