Album description
All are the same as the previous namesake ones.
But they are updated to be more efficient and effective.
2 - 3 times is usually standard. But use according to you situation.
(which can be longer or shorter)
The 8 min version released in 2019
The shorter version seems better based on the album description

Is it possible to get “Accupressure” as mp3 download? Can’t find it in the folder.

We just checked it. SLR1 wasn’t on the patreon (but is now in the folder, its length is 12:05), SLR2 wasn’t under its name on the patreon. “Heart Strengthening and Repair” is indeed the same length and music as SLR2, but now me and Sammy also tested it to make sure and yeah, we felt it in the head, not heart, so yeah, 99.99% chance, it’s actually SLR2.
So yeah, it’s true, thanks for noticing.
Just renamed it in the folders, and ppl should as well their downloaded files. So yeah, looks like there is no HS&R Ver1 available, only the newer version.

I think there were two SLR2 versions, one with music, one without. Is it somehow related to that?
