@SammyG Lumineye’s business email is info@lumineye.com - it doesnt look like they have a gmail. I couldn’t find any other business or person online with the email lumineye@gmail.com, we just spammed someone’s random gmail.

Okay, I’ve forwarded the Persimmon Essence Skin and Odour Help Email with attachments again. This time to the corrected Email address. Posting about this merely for posterity, so if Questions are asked I can reference this as some form of evidence that I forwarded it.

Would screenshots from my Patreon membership and billing history pages be enough proof for my membership or I need to request e-mail with my billing history from their support?
