You can log into your patreon account and go to the billing and download the PDF of the last payment by clicking on the month, I sent the same with the screenshot of the account billing page.

good forgot to mention, it works only on the web which you did, check ‘billing history’ under ‘more’.

(I do appreciate your help, I tried this first as I’d rather not give bank statements, but if not… yeah ok I can do that :P )

Edit: Weird, it’s just showing me for 2022. I’d rather send a bank statement then, if @SammyG’s ok with it, and a Patreon old billing screenshot that shows the VAT which gets added up in the total of my bank invoice line)

Sorry somehow billing history didn’t register in my brain lol, strange there should be an invoice to the customer for the payment, may be you can write to the support, they may help with the receipt.

I have the same thing. I checked that there are no receipts in the account for 2024, 2023, 2021. And only a small part for 2020 and 2022.
