Please review a newbies playlist on exercise

Hi again,

So like I said I’m new to this but I feel like I’m getting it a bit. Would love your advice on if my playlist is okay or needs work?

All my playlists for working out have the following set up

1- Subconscious Beliefs Removal (played twice)
2-Automated Workout or Automated Cardio (played once or twice)

3- video on body part I am trying to workout.
For example- Upper Body Workout (played twice) or on a Core day it would be Core Strengthening Video and Stomach Shrinking Video each played twice.

4-extreme fat burn- played twice
4-Workout recovery played twice

In total I have the following playlists:
1-Core/Stomach
2-Upper body
3-lower body
4-butt and joints
5-cardio day’

1- Are these set ups okay?

2-Is it smart to play each video twice in a row before moving on to the next one?

3-For videos that come up in all my playlists (Sub Beliefs removal, fat burn, recovery) I will end up listening to these daily for sure regardless of what body part I work out. Do I need to play these ones twice in a playlist then?

4- So I am a therapist and my job involves a lot of sitting and thinking. Would it matter when I do these videos? Worried I’ll be fatigued before my client sessions if I listen to these

5- Any recommendations on audios for helping emotional eating and choosing healthier meals? Also could I add these into this playlist or make it separate altogether?

Thank you so much in advance and I can not wait to start talking with everyone. I’m sorry for all the questions just do not want to mess anything up.

  1. Okay, initially, I’d said that it’s okay as far as your set-up, and it is. Because Sapien puts on the audio description for the automated workouts.(Per day, meaning you can listen to them everyday and they’ll still be effective) Which means he has it somehow defying the rule of thumb, of letting your muscles rest a couple of days before you work them out again. But my boy Uial has got a point, it’s not necessary to use these everyday, because they are powerful and can work really fast.(I can attest to this because they make me grow a couple of pounds of muscle every couple of days, granted I come correct with the sufficient portion intake.) So what you can do is alternate them each day…it’ll save you time as well…

  2. When you play an audio consecutively back-to-back, it makes the field that you’re listening to, that much stronger. And I don’t see anything wrong then moving on to the next audio because those aren’t considered “Permanent changes” fields.

  3. You could play the “Fat burning” one before your list, since most of those automated workout audios create apoptosis in the fat cells, and it could enhance the effect. But it will work either way. The “workout recovery” should be played after your automated workout audios. Subconscious limits remover should be played before all your other audios…

  4. This question I think is different for everyone…I personally never felt any soreness or tiredness or anything else from these audios. But some people have stated that they’d get sore from these audios. Everybody’s body chemistry’s different, so you might have to test it out…personally, I think you’ll be fine.

  5. There aren’t specific audios for healthier eating…but these audios can definitely help you in your situation. You can listen to these whenever you like…But you know what helps with this along with your wanting to be more self-aware, confident, compassionate and happy? Mindfulness meditation helps with all of these problems…Have you ever considered starting to meditate? Either way, I’ll send you the audios to help you with these changes as well…

Thank you so much for your detailed help and suggestions. I had never heard of Dream Weaver, Patreon, etc let alone that there were some free audios available. I will check them out for sure. I want to see how things are with these first for a month or two and then would purchase/contribute to them.

I can imagine none of the workout videos are permanent and I won’t be using them one quarantine is lifted as I’ll be back at the gym. However, the muscles I hope to gain from these audios, the fat I hope to burn, would that stay as long as I keep it up in the gym/my own life? Or do I need to do these videos weekly or monthly to ensure results stay?

The muscle you gain and the fat you’ve lost will remain the same, given that maintain your habits in the gym and watch what you eat by knowing your body type.(without the audios I mean) They will not revert back to the state that they were in before you listening to the audios.

No problem, glad I could help. Yes, Sapien has Energetic Alchemy and Dream Seeds through this forum…Both are wonderful channels…Dreamweaver is his name at Patreon where we can support him…I will be joining when all the places start to open up…
