I’ve lost all muscles and strength i had before because of gastritis and ulcers
I recovered now and i’m preparing for powerlifting meet in 14 weeks
What audios are best for strength purpose and speeding up muscle memory process?

Just be careful with any hormone related fields. I read that you wanna make sure you’re at least in your mid 20s before using them.
