Once again, last night my dysautonomia symptoms were vastly reduced! I tried the same routine as 4 nights ago.
With most fields I usually do a brief meditation for half or a full loop before listening passively. Just enough to where I can feel it working while I’m doing other things. For this field I’ve found that keeping a more sustained focus on directing the energy of the field to healing my particular issue is most helpful for me, so I’ve set aside time to go into a relaxed meditative state with it. It’s doing the trick!
