This is the first field I have gotten from the new Fractal Spiral releases.
It feels very supporting, nurturing, grounding and calming. Feeling more confidence in my body and my physical energy, sort of like when I was younger.

The field’s working power is impressive 
!!! This is the third time I’ve listened to it for a few minutes, and I feel a very rapid and strong sensation of fatigue. As soon as I stop, it feels better, it’s crazy, lol.
Yet I keep my Eternity and Sacred Flowers pendants with me every day, and I listen to Plasma Flaunt or Dotto Ring + Anti Cancer V2 at the same time. I don’t feel any fatigue; I’ve gotten used to it.
This field works in a different way. I’m trying to understand, lol.
Yesterday, I overdid it a bit with the sugar in the chocolate and date cakes, which raised my blood sugar and caused me to lose magnesium. I also lost some iron and copper with the liver detox when I worked with the parasite destroyer field.
So I’m going to recharge with these minerals, and things should get better when I listen to this field

. I can feel it, and I can eat a little more protein (sardines and egg) ans lipid ( olive and coconut oil) , which is a very good sign!
According to the blood test, the doctor told me that there is nothing to worry about, just a vitamin B9 deficiency , let’s say rather that it is at the limit of the normal threshold , it’s not much. I think it’s due to my work with energy fields in an extreme way lol .
I would have appreciated it if the doctors I consulted had done a parasite and virus analysis, but they didn’t do it despite me explaining the symptoms and the pain in the affected areas. It wastes time and money. Luckily, I don’t have to pay for medical procedures
I’ll just have to do an ultrasound of the liver in relation to the pain that I explained to him. It’s due to the energetic work of the liver and especially “parasite destroyer”

I have to think about whether the new audios can be an alternative to the mandalas and the new golems. I realize that my life is extraordinary, physically too. The results are fantastic.

This does not overwhelm my nervous system, it strengthens and restructures it, I feel solid and vital, I also feel less stressed, energy has not been a problem for me lately, with Tejas and Blueprint of hara I feel a lot of qi/prana inside my system, but Primordial core makes it easier to sustain it, my skin and hair seem to be healthier and the sleep seems to regenerate my body at a deeper level, but I have to give it a little more time. This + Eternal and plasma flaunt, I think we can do a lot in this incarnation, in the future I think I will go for the luminous decay series.

At times, when I listen to certain audios on a daily basis, I notice mirror minutes on the audio playback time (ex 05m:05 s ,01m:01s ,02m:20s etc…) . This confirms to me that it’s beneficial to listen to them.
Regarding Primordial Core Elixir, I haven’t seen actual mirror minutes, but rather “almost” mirror minutes. The most recent one, a few minutes ago, was 02:19.
As I’ve mentioned in some of my previous messages, when I see “almost” mirror minutes, I interpret it as a sign that something is missing — either a deficiency in a certain element, dehydration, or insufficient breathing.
With this field, the word “iron” has crossed my mind several times.
So I’m going to pay more attention to my iron levels, even though I don’t currently feel any impact on my vitality.
I’ll also run some tests with dietary supplements (copper, zinc), and I’ll keep you informed if it works better and I start getting mirror minutes again.
I’ll keep you posted on what happens next.

Thanks for sharing your thinking on that! I get “almost” mirror times too, within a minute every now and then. I’m never quite sure what to think, but this thinking helps me have some ideas for next time this happens.

Paused at 01m:10s on the playback time of the Primordial Core Elixir audio
This morning, a bit earlier, I felt the urge to play the Primordial Core Elixir audio in loop and went back to bed. I woke up about 1 hours later, I felt good . As the minutes passed, I began to feel a very dynamic energy within me, like a strong inner force. I was certain the audio had done something.
I checked the playback time on my phone two or three times to see if I’d catch a “mirror minute”, but I didn’t see any.
At one point, I was sitting on the bed with my tablet and pendulum, asking questions about Primordial Core Elixir. Then I thought I’d check the playback time again. Before looking, I pressed pause on the audio player, then opened the full window—and saw that the time had stopped at 01m:10s .
That confirmed to me that this field brings a benefit since I started listening to it early this morning: a boost in energy, the sensation of a stronger body, and more powerful organs
A feeling of a powerful inner force to be more precise.
A few minutes later, I did the same thing again—paused the audio—and landed on another “mirror minute” : 02m:02s 
.
Since I’ve had it, this is the first time I’ve seen two “mirror minutes” appear just a few minutes apart.

Just a quick review. I’ve been using this field for the last week in combination with The Nervous Reset and Plasma Brain before going to bed and I’ve been sleeping the entire night without waking up. For many, many years I’ve struggled with sleep, waking up several times, feeling unrested, etc. But since I’ve been using these fields right before bed, I’ve been having deeper, more regenerative sleep. Still not perfect but a big step forward. Both Primordial and Nervous Reset are amazing
