Still doing wonderful! This is my favorite health field. I listen every 2-3 days. It’s had a lasting impact on massively alleviating some health issues I’ve been dealing with for the past few years. Results came fast with this.

From my experienc it doesn’t cause much strain when you have a bit of dysfunction nervous system. This is good, so it might help nervous system adapt better.
