Many people often complain about bad dreams, nightmares and similar negative mindset experiences – but completely overlook the elephant in the room:
The negativity with which they are feeding their minds every day, year after year, decade after decade.
My advice to these people, and to most people in general, is:
STOP watching and consuming the f***cking News, Social Media, Instagram, TikTok, Porn, YouTube, Netflix, Newspapers, Magazines, Music with negative lyrics, TV, Shows, Movies, Memes, Reddits, your “daily horoscope”, your “daily quote”, your so-called “motivational feed” etc.
STOP feeding your mind with negativity 15 hours a day!
95% of this stuff is negative and 99.9% of this stuff is based on strong limiting beliefs.
If you consume this type of content, you will also become negative and full of limiting beliefs.
You are what you feed your Sunconscious Mind with.
Most people are severely traumatized and running around in a waking trance, not realizing all of this.
The trauma is causing cognitive dissonance, self-sabotage and being blind to these principles.
Then they wonder why they are manifesting a personal reality bubble full of limitations and negative stuff…
