Reading the thread, it wasn’t made to be spammed. Use was suggested at 2-3 times and then less frequently.

The long-term effects of this procedure may last for many weeks or even longer in some cases. So limit your use.
2-3 times per use.
Then every week or other week as needed.
But please monitor how you react with this also.
You can use every other day if you have very bad conditions, but only until you notice yourself getting a lot better, then cut down the usage time.
