Hi, how long did it take to show effects?

I donāt remember how long it took, i was listening daily. I stopped listening sometime after that post, and overtime the psoriasis came back, so i didnāt spend enough time with the field to allow it to heal permanently. I meant to revisit this field, but Iāve been focusing on other things for now. I am grateful just knowing I finally have the tool to remedy this problem!

After a week of stress eating for some BS going on my work life, i started to feel very bloated, so yesterday night i decided to go for a full 8 hours shift with this beast
In the morning, bloatedness totally gone, some stomach detox feelings are defenetly here and i am sure i will have to sit the throne a few times today, but i already feel much much lighter, and this seems to deal also with the underlying causes of my stress eating
Not that i recommended doing an all-nighter with this, the stomach is yours ahhah.
Best Gastrointestinal field ever done though

Iām glad I got this shortly after the new store opened. Itās a great field. Today I gave it a single loop and it deflated my body in an almost surgical way. I can feel it improving my blood circulation almost immediately
