Like, you need to clean your part/channels/body, no ones gonna make you do it, so you have to say the mantras, to allow them/their energy to help you?

I think repeating mantras in your mind is nice, work with the mind.

I mean, mantras affect the body and your life too.

I think repeating in the mind leads to deeper meditation.

But I also think you need an actual silent place to do it.

Try doing them when half-asleep or in dreams, and you’ll see what I mean.
