it’s not detox headache it’s a headache of missing something because the feelings left. If you try to complete the missing aspect with energy like jing or chi or prana or life force it ceases to be.
Actually works for me. By the way emotional body and energetic body are not the same. But it seems to work somewhat. Maybe shen can work too because it’s more ethereal.

no man it is fine…i indulged in negative thinking and then listened to it before sleeping cause i didnt want to sleep like that
so it was a mix of being sleepy and the field…but the other fields dont give me that feeling
it is like a valerian overdose xD
