I want to keep my parent’s bedroom clean, it’s a pretty big room, so I want to know if I play the ambient audios(UVC, UVC with sandalwood, air revitalizer, plasma flower) at 20-40% volume at one end of the room, would the whole room be affected or not.
I just want the room to stay disinfected for them, hence asking for the range.

The whole room should be affected.
Difficult to say, a term of comparison is the volume: if you feel good at every corner you can be sure that the field acts everywhere. If you want to be even safer, turn the volume up to a very high level: if the loudspeaker is powerful it is likely that you have also disinfected the surrounding rooms.

Volume is the issue, they are somewhat disbelievers and don’t wanna be bothered as they sleep, but I don’t want them to miss out on anything beneficial.
