Felt like an energetic ‘object’ was stuck around my upper body while I was using auric cleansing audios. Like a rod or something. Currently listening to salt cleanse and planning to stick to it for some time too since it was super relieving. Any other recommendations? I have almost all of the audios.

Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing Cleaning is best played before other fields or 3 hours afterwards if you don’t wish to clear the energies from fields played within the several hours prior.
