If I feel some satisfaction then I will get less satisfaction the next day and maybe a little more the 3rd day too but then its going to feel boring. And I will feel 100% asexual
And I was never very addicted btw. I was watching maybe once per week but not often since there were often people around back then. And after some years I started feeling asexual. While other people can watch daily and still have a sexual drive.
Its really complicated to see whats going on. And research has started happening but its still not officially recognized as a problemā¦ And every case is unique. My case feels very unique. This flatline could last for 2 yearsā¦
I feel asexual for 9 years in a row. Some moments during this period I was feeling ok. My biggest nofap streak was around 400 days. But this happened 7 or 8 years ago. Since then the longest streak was 2 or 3 months maybe. I wasnt even trying to quit for a few years btw. I had given up.
