Have had the worst pain in my right leg in the section that helps the knee bend, after listening to this for literally 2 minutes the pain is gone and I can actually bend my legs comfortably, God bless you DreamSeeds

No pain or tension going in, this is damn good though, feeling lots of qi radiating throughout my body. Very very nice! If you are wrestling against yourself though, this is a nice tag team partner for the good side! We do need to try harder to get away from being victims, and if you feel victimized, you are indeed, the only confusing part is who is the perpetrator. Surrender to the moment and watch both sides of you fighting against the other lay down their weapons and embrace and prepare to be made whole!

My beautiful Kelsy passed away this morning at 41 urs old. My heart is heavy and full of tears. I write to encourage the reader to take seriously the writers words as my dear nephew had it ALL +++ the best of all material things one could only dream of, 4 beautiful girls, had the best and lived his bucket list on steroids all over the world and because of pain within him that he could not deal with he drank and drugged the pain away until he spent his last 6 weeks struggling for his life and now his life is with the ones he has not meet until now. We will have such a void and will miss him deeply. I almost immediately turned to SM for the Grief video and this one. If I can encourage anyone to listen to the wisdom of SM. Helped me before and I know will help me now. Love to everyone and may we all have more peace and love in our lives.
