I got mine yesterday. So far, i’ve drank about 30 ounces of tea with 10:1 He shou wu extract (made via traditional black bean method) + 12:1 red reishi fruiting body extract (no mycelia) on an empty stomach. I let it sit in the cup for a few minutes before trying. My initial impressions are a feeling of calmness and a warm fuzzy loving feeling in my body. Feeling very relaxed and mellow but alert at the same time! I also feel it a little in my brain. Loving it!

Is there a suggested time for the liquid to be in the cup for charging? My older charging bottle, I generally charged it for ~6 hours. This should be much faster considering the Plasma and Negentropy upgrades.

It didn’t come with any instructions in the box. After ten minutes of charging my water I definitely felt the difference. I imagine this is a lot stronger due to the fact all of Dreams new creations are extra powerful and fast acting
I would guess leaving it in longer would just increase the energy in it like looping the audio?
I plan on charging for short periods (10-30m) to drink throughout the day and then charging it overnight and drinking a cup first thing in the morning every day while doing intermittent fasting for maximum detox and healing effects.

Hello my friend! It’s a similar feeling after having played the Nitric Oxide audio, but weaker, like a mini “brain pump”. It doesn’t seem like a consistent effect for me though. Sometimes I feel it, sometimes I don’t.
Also, a word of caution for anybody using this: Be gentle with the plastic lid when closing/removing it. I’ve already cracked mine by being a bit too forceful with it.

Oh its definitely worth buying. There’s been a new one released too - The Synergistic Elements Charger, you might want to look at that to decide which one is best for you.
You might want to try out the new Cup of Coffee audio. I haven’t tried it but it looks it doesn’t have the side effects from normal coffee.

I leave water in it over night, then instantly drink it in the morning. I’ll usually wait at least 10 minutes after filling it up before drinking. It definitely works after that. A feeling of warmth around the body but also revitalizing at the same time. I also use it with various teas with herbal extracts in it. It’s fantastic.
