Best option is everyone takes notes dump them in the webinar thread, put all of the notes in an AI tool and ask it to summarise by topics.

better not ask AI to summarise it, because that would be just another filter , besides the filter of the people that write down what was said.
All info should be as pure as possible, as close to the true meaning and to the original words as possible, in order to maintain the purity of the original info.
