I do recommend them in general because the chakras determine how others perceive you (e.g. some people get relentlessly bullied wherever they go, just the method changes school Vs work), and they react to that subconsciously.
I think in the SM description they write for the heart chakra that the other sex will find you more attractive. I would add the ability to connect and not be overly needy
Base and sacral would be for sexual energies
Throat for communication and authenticity and truth to oneself which is crucial in a relationship

I am a guy and I am also shit at the social aspect of attraction, so i’ll instead approach the matter from a spiritual perspective.
Harnessing Sexual Energy is a great first step to attraction imo. Basically the more you give, the more you get. Awakening/raising your Kundalini is probably a good way to accomplish this, but it is something that requires caution and discipline. There’s also the sapien audio for it that you can buy.
Additionally, there could be guy(s) or experience(s) from the past that you may still be hung up on at some level. Maybe try the etheric cord cutter to give your romantic and sexual karma a cleaner slate
