If you need some energetic breaks in between fields, my choice is to add the meditation audio from the Sapien course in between overnight stacks.

I wouldnât use Audacity on Sapienâs files. The fields are embedded in the files. In order for Audacity to work its magic, it converts the Sapien file from its original mp3 (or whatever) format into an Audacity file. That conversion alone is probably enough to change the Sapien field.
Then you are doing something to the Audacity file (which is why youâre using it in the first place). That, too, probably will change the Sapien field.
Then, in order for your music player to play your modified track, Audacity has to convert its Audacity file into an mp3 (or whatever).
Three changes to the file that contains the Sapien field? Well, youâll have something but I donât think youâll have the Sapien field you were wanting.

@WellBeing i would like to share an idea about the volume here.
the most tangiable effect from any audio comes of course from the salt cleanse audio, because even for the not so sensitive one can still feel the salty taste while the audio is working.
so i fathom one can use this to calibrate whether or not a field is emmiting on the lowest volume and then play with the up/dow volume button until one feels the effect of the field.
i have come to the conclusion that the fields are stronger/almost unbearable when the sourse is sticking to the body (smartphone) and not so when one listens trough speakers of a let say laptop. so there (PC,laptop)the volume is nessessary.
when i am using my smartphone it feels like all the fields are like mandalas.
this is a subjective observation and one is free to experiment.
Iâm not sure why youâre @-ing. My reply has nothing to do what youâre reporting.

I notice I feel much better and get better results if I leave 2-3 hours at night with no fields at all, letting my brain rest completely those hours during sleep, since I listen to fields almost all day after, or well, few hours break between stacks but still - itâs taxing.

Anything that helps you draw in and cultivate energy like environmental accumulators and help with detoxing and inflammation to help heal and stre gthen the nervous system
A person I know was very depressed. My first advice was to have him get professional medical help. He underwent some amount of counseling - which he then refused. I designed the below overnight âDepression BeGoneâ stack for him.
Roughly after overnight listening to this stack for 6-weeks:
- His depression symptoms are gone
- He started going back to work
- His health issues (digestion, acne, insomnia) have all disappeared (probably because they were stress/anxiety related)
He wanted me to post this message here and thank @El_Capitan_Nemo because these fields have changed his life, literally! Till about six weeks ago, he could barely get up from his bed, and today, he called me from Vegas, happy and full of life, where he is taking a trip with his friends 
Here are a few things to note before trying this stack:
- Depression can be a severe and life-threatening condition, always seek professional help.
- This guy is very used to Sapien Medicine fields (workout and beauty related) - so this stack is not about removing blockages, etc., as the fields already work for him well.
- As he is used to long stacks and is not new to using Sapien Medicine fields, the stack is long. I have however tried not to overload the stack with too many âheavyâ fields or âcleansingâ type fields.
- Physical & Emotional healing go hand in hand. So, you will see some physical healing fields as well in this stack.
- During the six-week period, he heard this stack all night and thatâs it - nothing else in the day. I encouraged him to eat healthy, exercise, etc. (those who know me are probably rolling their eyes haha as I write this so often) - he could not pull himself to do any of this for the first 4-weeks. In the last 2-weeks however, he has been motivated to do all of that and get his life in order.
- This stack is also based on the paid fields he already had purchased (although I did not think he lacked any of the paid fields that I would have wanted in this stack).

Just plasma flaunt alone for me is wonderful for my

Some people prefer silence prior to night playlist. Easier to fall asleep.
Or use silence as rest between playlists.

That file is not for that. And you cannot convert fields into silent ones.
