Looking to start a thread on those life hacks that instantly influence your energy, focus, or mood..whether grounded in subtle energy, body mechanics, or quick visualization tricks.
What is one weird, unexpected, or ultra-simple hack you use that consistently makes a real difference in how you feel or interact with the world? I’ll kick things off in the comments with a few of mine.
Amygdala feather technique: Next time you feel overstimulated or anxious, close your eyes and imagine a feather gently tickling your amygdala deep inside the brain. The subtle focus and sensory shift instantly calm your nervous system. Doing this while listening to amygdala field is much more effective too.
Barefoot grounding: Standing barefoot on direct grass or soil for even 10 minutes drains excess electrical charge and gives a noticeably clean, grounded spike in physical energy.
Field/Audio Shifting in Public: Playing an environmental morphic/subtle energy field at low volume while out in crowded places or mass gatherings noticeably shifts the ambient room dynamic and smooths out negative vibes. Mass meditation is actually greaaat for this since it affects the collective consciousness and if there is a group there, the collective will be compounded with positive uplifting energy.
Before talking to people sometimes, I would spend some time imagining my heart chakra clearing and expanding with pink uplifting energy. Then I would imagine that energy expanding and reaching people I am going to speak to and the energy uplifting them and making them feel more positive. When I go to speak to them, there is usually instant connection and rapport. Easy flowing convo right off the bat.
I got mannnny others but they’ll come to mind eventually
It’s not an ultra simple hack because it does take some focus, but journaling for the perspective of having is a very powerful manifestation technique for me.
Especially combined with some fields, but without as well. I have recommended it to some friends and they were all surprised how much this can influence your mind and focus.
This is much more effective for me vs just visualizing. I think it’s because feeling the feeling + the extra effort of making coherent full sentences and paragraphs to describe the feeling, circumstances, etc additionally activates a larger part of the brain (?), so it is more effective and longer lasting.
Yesss, at parties it’s amazing cause the energy circulates around the dance floor and becomes contagious. People subconsciously thank you and sometimes, it is so freaking cool when you hear people comment on the vibe or how the energy is great here lol.
Ultra simple is a strong adjective lol. Any hack suffices.
Manifestation journaling is great! Can you make a post on it or at least a comment that gives an example of how it works. Cause yes, it is very effective and one of the things I’d say anyone can do without really trying to hard. It’s definitely a hack and I rarely see it mentioned anywhere.
Circadian Rhythm Fix - sungazing during Sunset + Sunrise daily (3rd eye open) - fixes most health issues (really)
Minerals - Celtic Sea Salt, Shilajit = well functioning body
Sun exposure = being tanned = protection against EMF (Melanin)
Sweating = detox (exercise, sauna)
Fixing your gut health = health n.1 tool in general
Raw milk (+colostrum) = best superfood
Journaling = underrated
Mindset = key to manifestation (baseline “frequency”)
SATS Neville Goddard = works + emotions are important part of visualization technique
Using boosters for fields + meditation = gamechanger
Health is key for manifesting anything else = healthier body works better in all areas (self-love)
“EXP” all areas of your life and it becomes fun “adventure”
Seeing your life in retrospection (what kind of person you were 1,2,3… years ago, what did you have, how much progress you made) always brings faster results “now” = gratitude
One “simple” one is to actually tidy things up and make everything as neat as possible. This applies to both physical spaces as well as for example your PC, desktop or phone. Old data that won’t be viewed again for example.
This accomplishes that old stuff gets cleared which opens mental space and more flow of energy, which can then be used for other things. At the same time, making things neat and tidy accomplishes a certain order, which also frees up mental space as well as physical space, plus indirectly emotional space.
This is highly underrated.
Think when you were a kid and you didn’t wanna tidy up your room. But when you finally did it you felt better.
Or those dishes that haven’t been washed in days (weeks/months? Come on man…)
There was a famous book by a general about making your bed in the morning. I think he mentioned it makes you feel like you accomplished sth even if the whole remainder of the day might suck. This is true. And at the same time it enables more energy flow throughout the day.
Or think meditation, to bring order into your thoughts.
You can do this in your kitchen, bathroom, living room. Or in the office. Or your sock drawer. Etc etc.
All really good stuff. Here’s another one that probably deserves it’s own thread.
Water the plant every single day.
Every. Single. Day.
What this means is that for example, if your goal is to manifest more money into your life… every day you wake up, one of the first things you do is, start feeling the celebratory feeling of having so much money in your life. Hold that feeling for a bit. Make sure that feeling continues growing in momentum every single day. So even if you only focus on that feeling for 5 minutes, once a day… at any point… you are watering the plant.
Forget about the destination. Forget about the riches. It’s about the journey. Water that plant every single day no matter what. The momentum will carry and gain a life of its own and manifest. Pretty much guaranteed.
This is how I used to get any field to work for me. I would listen every single day and not worry about the result. The momentum is what I was trying to build. Over time, that level of repitition from day to day would build upon itself and become a new pattern. Day to day is so important because there is sleep in between.
You can listen to a field 30 times in one day but after you sleep, that pattern is dissolved for the most part.
If I ever missed a day, I would then go overload like listen to the field 10-20 times in one day to make up for the day before.
Same with manifestation work… It’s all momentum. Same with sports, winning is all about momentum.S
You can “set people free” in your mind. So for example, someone did you wrong. Your perception is they did sth wrong to you, that they’re a bad person. It is very likely they think similar of you, independent from what actually unfolded.
So you have two choices, you can either keep carrying this with you, which can affect you mentally. Or you can drop it altogether and let this energy dissipate. Again that will free up mental space.
You can do this for any person and any situation. You can set them free in your mind. Again it doesn’t matter what happened, that’s not important for this. Rather it’s you tidying up your mental space.
If it’s somehow difficult because too much has happened, just imagine and remember they were once a baby too.
In one of Neville Goddard’s examples it was a lady who in her mind had “captured” her boss as toxic. Only when she set him mentally free, the situation was able to change.
Tips for anyone feeling anxious or dealing with an energy overload:
Massage your feet firmly, especially the soles, and focus your attention on them.
Release the tension in any muscles that feel very tight. A very effective Yoga Nidra exercise is to imagine a light on that muscle, feel the stiffness, then take a breath and release the tension.
Another very effective visualization technique is to imagine a luminous cord—it can be any color that makes you feel most comfortable—and picture it extending from your root chakra toward the center of the earth.
And, of course, walking barefoot on the ground or grass, or simply lying down on the grass, is wonderful.
A biohack that has worked really well for me: I try to get bright light or sunlight in my eyes in the morning, and to be outside to see the sunset as often as possible. I think this has definitely contributed to my insomnia being pretty much cured now, along with using Sapien Medicine fields.
I am also immersing myself in Neville Goddard right now. I’ve just begun revising my day into how I wish it had happened, and falling asleep in the Wish Fulfilled state. I’m going to try to Live in the End as much as possible from now on.
healthy hint,do not"try" firstly Neville is just a reflection of the Law,everything is you pushed out is timeless yet most do not understand it,Neville was blunt about it in the lecture called Brazen Impudence,Getting back to trying, everything essentially is the law of being, what you are being,if you are ‘trying’ to get something means you do not have it,the real truth is it already exist so “manifesting” is going to keep you going around in circles, techniques etc, just let go and accept it is already done, there is only one consciousness so there is no competition, relax it is done,Any advice to the contrary as no you must take action and affirm everyday, take steps etc is all based on limitation, lack and fear of not getting what you want, that mindset will keep you stuck, how do i know? i have been there,it is just consciousness pure and simple, you get what you are being, simple as that.
this is one of the few lectures where Neville lays it all out there,he was on too many occasions very conservative with teaching the law,its all a reflection, even this interaction here,so on that point the reflection called Abdullah who taught Neville was very direct and blunt about the law.
If some things in your life aren’t going well, you feel a bit irritated, depressed, lonely etc, or just want whatever manifestation to work better, examine the music you listen to.
Particularly, music with lyrics.
E.g. when you’re looking for love, make playlist of songs that encapsulate the feeling you want to have irl - happy, energetic love song or sexual ones, or content ones..
When you’re trying to manifest money and opportunities, remove the ones that don’t align.
I’ll be the first to admit I love old linkin park and nirvana and all similar music, but I skip this type of music when I don’t want to feel like I am “one step closer to the edge and I’m about to break”
I know JAAJ (I think it was him) wrote a lot of posts at one point about music, but what I am describing is more simple than that. It’s just about the lyrics + most of all however listening to the song makes you feel.
E.g. if a song is a happy one and should “pass” the checks, but you don’t like it, or the melody irritates you, then it’s not a suitable one.
If it has questionable lyrics but honestly makes you feel like you’re on top of the world and it’s all really yours for the taking, then include it still.
