For those of you who have ordered before, does the package include also a description of the item or is it simply the item and nothing else?
I am asking because I want to gift an item or two to a friend of mine; it’s more practical and economical to have them be shipped to her directly and I wonder what it will look like when she opens it.
This. It’s a lovely little clam-shell box, about 2 inches square, perfect for presentation. Black lid, white bottom.
When she opens the lid, she’ll likely find the tag, on its chain, resting on a layer of pillowy, white cushion.
There’ll be a pretty square of paper, resting on top of her tag, a multi-colored print that says “Sapien Medicine.” I’ve heard tell that this square is a field that protects the tag in transit.
This being said, there will not be any description or even label of what the item is. You’ll have to inform her of that yourself.

Anyone who has purchased tags, using the Route app to track the evolution of the delivering ? just wondering because for me they haven begun to being sent. The order is just marked as received and the location doesn’t move. First time buying tags so I don’t know if it’s normal, ( how much time before the delivery start occuring ). thanks

Recently, it seems to take about 7 days from the receipt of the order before the tags are shipped. It seems from your post that you only just placed your order (and that makes sense since the shop was only just opened) so hang tight, you’re well within the “normal” experience and you should be receiving your shipping notice in a few more days.
