Should I continue weight loss stack?

I have been listening to the Hypothetical Weight Loss Stack that is listed on here daily. I have listened for the last 2 weeks and the results so far are a loss on measurements. (e.g loss 2cm on waist & 3 cm loss around the stomach, but no change on legs or arms) However, I have gained 3.6lbs in weight. Could this possibly be from gaining muscle? How long exactly should I be looking for fat loss results? Or should I add or change to the more physical fitness? (eg automated leg day/ upper body workout). I have quite a bit to lose until I reach my body weight goal and have not changed my eating and am not currently exercising, only listening to the audios. Should I continue?

Use the “Fat burning genetic advantage” field 2x in the morning.

“Cardio” 3x along with “core strengthening” 3x in the evening, followed by after workout muscle recovery 3x.

This combo is good for fat loss, not the best, but you will actually look good while losing fat.

Most people focus only on losing fat and end up looking even worse in terms of aesthetics.

Also muscle is heavier than fat yes.

@Samurai Interesting that you did not recommend Weight Loss Combo, Super Metabolism, Stomach Shrinking or Fat-> Stem Cells. Any specific reason? I just learned that listening to Stomach Shrinking and Fat->Stem Cells is not good, which I’ve been doing, so perhaps there is a reason for your recommendation.

The reason is because you don’t want to lose fat at an extreme rate like that, without replacing it with muscle.

I’ve seen cases where people didn’t care and only focused on losing fat, the end result was something straight out of a Resident Evil game lol.

The combo I recommended should work well, since a more muscular body automatically burns fat as well.

What were your results from it?

I have done these audio’s for the last two weeks. The first week just what @Samurai suggested, and then the last week I did 2/3 days with the DNP audio by bunaural nutition that @Alexander suggested. Today i weighed and messured myself and I have gain 3lbs but stayed the same in mesurments. Maybe an odd 1cm difference here and there. I know 2 weeks isn’t alot of time but should I continue or should I change my audio playlist?

Weight loss better hormonal profile, more energy, but aPreformatted textlso need to drink a lot more and more salt

I know dnp can make you hold water . I know it may sound weird but then you need to uo your water and salt intake. Also you will feel ig you lost weight by just grabbing your stomach fat for example .
Also dont oversold the dnp it might be too much, try 2 minutes for some days that’s what I do

Update on dnp?

Look, I have been using it daily and am not even feeling it work. Maybe it’s me

Just for context this post was 3years old, I have stopped using it as it stopped beeing effective if used too often.

I would rather consider most (not all) of metabolism audios as revving engine some more, but you might already be in the state where given pathway will not add to increased expenditure. Observationally - daily religious running of autoworkout audios with fat cell apoptosis adds up over months, but it’s not something to do just for a week or two or three.

Fat cells rotate approximately 10% each year, to make an impact you better run such stack for more than that to get more elimination than just cell rotation and add senescent cell removal at least weekly.
