Sleep audios

So today I am officially going back to a normal schedule. No more of this 6 PM to 6 am night shift nonsense. I have decided to use the hyper sleep audio. Went to bed at like 7:15 AM and woke up at noon. To my surprise I dont exactly feel tired like i normally do. I used hyper sleep audio. It is only my body that feels it. I know. That amount of sleep very little I agree but I have to adjust to the regular sleep schedule most people have by the time it’s Monday night.

So my question is, is it harmful to use this audio like everyday? Also for those of you who have had results, did your body or mind feel tired after sleeping less?

Trying to sleep all night with the Advanced Healing tag every night eventually had me waking up exhausted and exhausted the entire day. Someone did warn me about it beforehand but I had to experience it for myself.

I used to hate sleep before I had went to prison. When I was younger, I felt either I would miss out on something, or I would be caught slipping. Lol. Anyways, I don’t think it’s harmful to use that audio everyday, or I am pretty sure Dream would’ve put something in the description, saying so. That audio does work well, but sometimes I feel my thinking is off, because of the lack of sleep. Like my CNS. But my body felt fine. So then I would run the NGF for a couple of rounds, and then my mind was back in tip-top shape. I used to go sometimes 4 or 5 days without sleep(on meth) but now, I feel like sleep is detrimental for my well-being. Plus, I work out, so sleep is vital. Hope this helps.
