i haven’t bought this field yet but i have a question, how does one choose which hair type one wants? dream said, we dont have to visualize but then how do we choose it?

i think you meant #34 but still doesn’t answer my question, i already know hair types, my question is how does one choose it, do i close my eyes and hold “1a” in my mind’s eye? the description says “You simply need to focus on the desired hair texture mentally” but then dream said we dont have to visualize but just “choose”

Just say what hair type u want at the beginning of the audio. U can also picture it at the same time too, for a very short period of time, if u like, not necessary. Or look at one of the pictures, if u cant visualize, again not necessary.

Once you got your desired hair texture. Yes the hair will be permanent. But the new growth will be your natural texture. Think of Japanese permanent straight hair or a permanent curly one.
Every 6-12 months you need to get retouch for the roots only.
But with this. You can just listen 3 times a day for that maintenance retouching for the roots

I had this looped for hours. It seems to be okay and I actually did saw faster results. I just btushed my hair. But it doesn’t look crazy puffy. In fact it weight down even more lol and I’m loving it. Definitely going to loop this every night 
Here. Btw my hair is fully dry. You know when you have curly hair. Brushing it dry can be a hell😂
Then after I brushed it I use oil. Tight it for couple of minutes. And it just looks wavey loose

and always cut my hair so the current straight will be gone and the new growth will be curly

Or you can just use this and jusy get the benefits of healing the hair only. Perhaps if you want to go long hair look maybe?
