Just remembered another thing besides the field. Henna comes in a colorless powder. Use strengthens and improves hair quality. It also seems to have the ability to loosen curls over time. I remember reading about a woman with 4c hair who was upset because she ended up in the 3s because of henna. Using it with this field (for whatever reason and number you choose) would lessen shrinkage over time.

Wishing it actually straightened faster though. I am wondering if I can straighten it faster or with a flat iron. Or even use conditioner like get it straight

I think the progress is great, it has to go through several different levels before reaching straight, so just keep enjoying the ride! But yes i dont think youd see it straight before a year. Imo and based on my own experience, naturally like 1B or c and just now after 2 months or so almost at where i want it.

Im actually paying more attention to the light through your hair hihi

Also i dont think straightening the hair with flat ion etc would make a difference, and then when you wash it and goes all the way up as natural, youd feel more disappointed.

Just enjoy the small changes each day to your desire results :)

I agree - great progress, Tsukihiro! It’s a journey, so just let it be. It’s just the most amazing thing that this could be a thing at all! Hooray for the Captain!
