you’d be better off only training muscle if youre not over a BMI of 33. Take your fat and use it as advantage and make muscle out of it.
You should be fine. The body mass index doesn’t apply to people that lift weights.(as muscle weighs more than fat) I am 5’9 and 206 pounds and according to the BMI, I am “obese” at a BMI of 30 plus. I have pictures. I am nothing even close to obese. Depending on your body type, I wouldn’t go overboard with the super metabolism boost(But I’m guessing you’re an endomorph, so it might not hurt you to use it a lot, maybe 3 or 4 times a day?). And you should always eat the right amount of fat and protein for your body type to give you the ideal physique you’re looking for. And always get 8 hours of sleep…and use the “Enhanced cellular nutrient absorption” as well after meals…(great for putting on mass)
Yeah, beware of super metabolism boost if you want to gain/keep muscle. I wouldn’t use it unless you naturally gain fat easily.
