That doesn’t explain all the weird “fields” it used on me. That’s beyond my ability, it also has its own form that come from above so idk. But I’ll look into shadow selves, thanks.
With the Kundalini stuff from another thread of mine maybe a month or so ago. And it just got progressively worse. Before I knew it, I was completely fucked up with all this weird shit happening to me. Like unexplainable stuff. Is your servitor still here?
I’ve send the arc to banish entities and scan you - he told me there aren’t any external entities…
(he is made by the arcturians itself and has knowledge/wisdom that is way more beyond we gonna have in this incarnation here)

Listen to love appreciation and gratitude and be grateful youre no longer being messed with by it and be grateful to have power over it and be grateful to know that it only had power over you because you didn’t know better and now that you know what it is, it’s quickly diminishing

Update on my situation.
I took a week off work try and deal with the delusions I was having. I’ve had a couple since then but I’ve gotten better at not falling for them. From what I gather, it’s all just created in the mind, a lot of it seems to stem from fears of mine or suppressed emotions, etc. But for the most part, a lot of it is self sabotaging thoughts, rooted from the fear of death. Not sure if this is the same as a “shadow self”, but if anyone knows how to deal with this I would appreciate it. I know the delusions aren’t “real” but I guess I’m nervous about them being thought up in the mind and how that can affect me if possible.
I was told before not to do any spiritual stuff and just take a long time off, as it would all go away in time, but unfortunately after the Kundalini awakening that seems to be difficult as my body still does yoga stuff and Kundalini is still active. I’d like to stop for awhile though lol.
*And one last thing, these “thoughts” seem to have a self created “personality” so I can talk to them. Though I bet it’s definitely not a good idea to interact with them, though it’s challenging not to. It’s kinda making me question my sanity though lmao.

Ah man the best way to get rid of the fear of death is through ego death
And that’s never a pleasant experience so im having trouble with what to suggest you
What’s caused me ego deaths is light and vibrational guidance man, but im not sure what you can do … Keep listening to amygdala healing and think about any fears revolving death, it should help
If any one has some good advice on how to handle the fear of death, don’t be shy and say hi! :) is it okay for him to seek an ego death through LVG ?
I know how it is man trust me, ignore it, don’t get irritated by it, don’t feed it any energy, give it as least of a reaction as possible bro…

No ego => no physical body
If you don’t know it’s real purpose and can’t accept it trough real understanding it will always “get you”, at a later stage you start to use it’s power instead being used by it.
