I have a problem with somatization of my anxiety for years I can not fully enjoy life because almost always when I’m with other people I have a lot of tension in the face and jaw area. This is really making me suffer a lot because I am more aware of the sensations of my body than talking to someone and enjoying the moment. What could you recommend me? Thank you.
Is it more noticeable when you talk or try to talk or you feel it more just with the presence of other people around you?
Do you feel is more because maybe you are an empath that closeness causes you anxiety?
Or maybe you are self conscious when you have to talk?
