Yes If I’m not doing something important, but when I study i can ignore the smartphone easily. So it depends on what you are doing. The most important thing is doing a conscious choice. If I choose to ignore the smartphone is really a lot easier.

i noticed that superhuman focus when playing games and getting carried away not realizing what’s at stake, for studying or goals you have to do for the day, playing till the receptors get slightly fried, so on, field good for many things, just need to have grasp of control of course, cause no field fixes life problems you have to lead where your going and for that (specific goal)
but so far not very consistent with this field since been so busy.

I never felt high, or any effects at all. I was liberal in my use of the field, but never any effects. All Doc could say when I told him was “I’m sorry”. :joy:

Here’s what worked for me when I listened last year:

  • Brain Regeneration (because it boosts BDNF etc)
  • Spirethion Max (at least 2/3 days, before/during sleep)
  • New Perspectives (this alone gives a mild high, but I think it’s much more effective when combined with the above)

If there’s still no change, try the Neuro album to boost dopamine, serotonin, etc.

Same here.
In fact I experienced less pleasure in eating foods I really like.
And coffee (one 10 oz. mug/day that I drink over an hour or two) has a less energizing effect, unfortunately.
But thats it.

Hey man, nice to see you a year later, hope you doing good. I kind of went a different path with subliminals, etc. and distanced myself in general so I did not really use this one or sapiens work in general

Dude, I think we subconsciously sabotage ourselves like right before significant transformations. I recently realized how I’ve been doing it like all my life… jumping from ‘solution’ to ‘solution’…

and I’ll do some more research about how to stop self sabotage.

As has been said, this is a life-changing field.

Giving us the ability and means to enjoy and appreciate things. To be content with simple things. And not become jaded or de-sensitized to our most important things.

I think it’s even more useful to comprehend:
What are the natural environments and activities that enhance these life-enriching natural substances?

This little graphic has helped me to better focus on what stimulates the creation of these life-substances naturally (obviously massively & permanently enhanced by this field), and how we can live in the experience these wonderful creations.
