If you can kindly share the link of the article - there are so many brain fields that I am little confused where to start? 
Currently I am focusing on older fields like PBoY, Gentle Brain, Depression BeGone, PTSD and Stress and Anxiety for recovery (CPTSD is perhaps what I have).

I read in order of their release. At least the topics were created in this order, but i don’t know if they also were released in that order.

That’s usually the order I play them in – assuming I’m single-threaded and only using one device/servitor.
I’ve sometimes liked to put Strahl 332 up at the front since it’s increasing sensitivity to other growth factors, but as long as you play them all ‘around’ the same time, I’m not sure it matters significantly.
